Overview

Meeting Goals compares the selected client's weekly target with live booked-meeting results from launch through the current week. Every week remains visible, even when no goal was saved. Staff can add or edit targets, while clients have read-only access to progress. The summary keeps launch-wide results separate from target coverage, and shows configured-week attainment only when every launch week has a saved goal.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Choose the client in the top-right switcher. The page uses that client's meeting timezone and launch week to build the current view.

  2. Read this week's pace

The This Week card shows the Monday-starting date range, meetings set, meetings held, and progress against the saved target. If no target exists, live results still appear and staff can select Set this week's goal.

  3. Review launch-to-current totals

Total Goal adds only saved targets, while Meetings Set and Meetings Held include every week from launch through the current week. Goal Coverage shows Incomplete when any launch week lacks a target, with the configured-week count beside it. When every launch week has a saved target, that card becomes Configured-week attainment and divides meetings set by goals across the same complete period. Pending is Meetings Set minus Meetings Held.

  4. Work through Since Launch

Review every week from the current week back to launch. A saved target shows progress and Achieved or a percentage. A week without a target stays visible as No goal, with its live set and held results preserved. Staff can use Set Goal for that exact week.

  5. Add or edit a target

Staff can select Set Goal, Edit, Edit This Week, or Set Weekly Goal. Choose a Monday-starting week for a new target, enter the meeting goal and optional notes, then save. When editing an existing goal, its week is fixed. Meetings Set and Meetings Held are read-only because SalesHive calculates them from meeting records.

  6. Check upcoming plans

Upcoming Goals lists saved targets after the current week. Staff can edit those targets. Upcoming weeks do not affect the launch-to-current totals until their week arrives.

Common questions

Since Launch keeps every week visible so real meeting results are not hidden just because a target was missing. Staff can add a target to that exact week.
Those values come from booked meeting records for the client and week. The goal editor changes the target and notes, not the underlying meeting history.
Only when every week from launch through the current week has a saved target. Then SalesHive divides meetings set by total goals across that same complete period. If any week lacks a target, the card shows Goal Coverage as Incomplete instead of mixing launch-wide results with partial goals.
A booked meeting counts as held when its meeting outcome is one of the supported held statuses and its meeting date falls in that week.
No. They remain in Upcoming Goals until their week arrives, then join the launch-to-current view.
